1. Tasks – what should the testers do?
Do you want your testers to play around with your app, or do you have a specific set of tasks you want them to perform? Every new test starts with example tasks you can use as they are or change.
2. Questions – ask your testers!
Ask anything you want answered: written answers, rating scales, single or multiple choice, and whether the tester managed to complete each task.
3. The testers will come to you
Your app gets its own testing page. Use it to invite your own testers and fans for free, and combine them with testers from the Beta Family community who match your target group.
4. Done! A test report with answers
Each tester sends you a written test report that answers the tasks and questions you gave. AI reads all the reports and tells you the biggest problems, what works and what to fix first.
Testers are rated, and rewarded
After each test you approve the reports. Beta Family testers are paid for every approved report, and their ratings decide which tests they get invited to next.
