mypa is an intelligent assistant for sales and business professionals. It works with your existing email, calendar, and phone apps and provides automatic integration of all your interactions by contact and company. No special set-up nor tiring data entry needed!- Natural language A.I. Mypa has natural language and artificial intelligence abilities. For example, it reads emails and can find meeting requests and then automatically schedule the best time for you and your client, handling vague scheduling requests such as "I would like to speak with you next week on Monday or Wednesday in the afternoon". Or tell mypa that you want to meet with John Doe any morning the week after Thanksgiving and it will check your calendar and travel plans and communicate with John to try and set it up for you. - Smart Call Screen Mypa identifies incoming calls and instantly displays the contact's dashboard: all pending and recent calls, emails, and meetings. At the conclusion of a call, Mypa provides a quick-action screen to automate sending a follow-up email, scheduling a meeting, making notes, etc. - Contact Housekeeping Mypa cleans and extends your existing contact data, such as retrieving additional information of your contacts from external databases (physical address, switchboard phone numbers… ), offering automatic data-cleaning: checking email address, contact affiliation grouping, removing dupes… - Smooth Organizer Pending tasks are automatically created and organized by category and contact; i.e. missed calls are placed in a “Missed call” pool and tied to the contact until it is either dismissed or a return call or email sent. Multiple missed calls are pooled together into an “Urgent Call” pool. Unanswered emails flagged for follow-up are maintained in another pool, etc. - Keen Schedule Planner Mypa can schedule physical meetings to minimize user travel time (based on locations or existing meetings), most open availability, as soon as possible, or at the client’s convenience - Contact Dashboard Contact Dashboard shows all pending tasks, unanswered emails, notes, recent activity, and history related to a contact or entity (company or group of contacts).
