Hi, welcome to the Customer Service Pro testing family

Do you ever make customer service calls (i.e., credit card companies, cable companies, airlines, insurance companies, or any other type of business)? If so, we need your help! We have built a basic prototype to enable you to easily (1) record your customer service calls, (2) rate the service you received, and (3) let companies know how you felt about the service you received. As you know, companies record your calls all the time. Now it is your turn to record them!
