PrismTask is an Android productivity app that combines four things most apps split into separate tools: tasks, habits, medications, and focus sessions. The Today screen shows what's due now across all four, so you don't bounce between apps to plan a day. Tasks support recurring schedules, tags, and natural-language input. Habits track streaks across logical days (not midnight ticks). Medication tracking handles complex schedules including PRN and time-windowed slots. A built-in Pomodoro timer integrates with task selection so focus sessions are tied to what you're actually working on. The design philosophy is forgiveness-first — missing a day or breaking a streak shouldn't punish you, and the app reflects that throughout.
