General interaction with the app; particularly the design aspects of the app. The tools used to create floorplans require unbiased participation, to ensure they work as intended, and as they appear. There is currently no tutorial, in order to gauge how users interact with the app without guidance. This should enable the team to understand user expectations, so we can streamline these tools if necessary.
